There are essential difference between FD, NUD and pathological dyspepsia，and its treatment is also different. （2012,4 共识） Text is as follows： 由于共识中写道“Hp阳性几乎都有慢性胃炎”，所以，可推导出Hp阳性的FD和NUD几乎都有慢性性胃炎，也就是说FD和NUD是器质性疾病，也就是说FD和NUD也可叫做Hp阳性慢性胃炎，也就是说Hp阳性慢性胃炎伴消化不良也可叫做FD和NUD。我门不禁又要问Hp阳性慢性胃炎内镜下表现仅仅是充血水肿吗？
