Department of Health Administration, Faculty of Health Services, the Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200433) Abstract: This article mainly analyses the formation of the root causes and settlement mechanism abou the recognizing prejudice of doctor-patient issues from the perspective of mass communication and social psychology theories.
