最新精品文档，知识共享！ PAGE 摘要 本设计详细介绍了洗衣液瓶盖的注射模设计过程。包括了塑件结构的分析和材料的选择、拟定模具结构形式、注塑机型号的选择、浇注系统的形式和浇口的设计、成型零件的设计、模架的确定和标准件的选用、合模导向机构的确定、脱模推出机构的确定、排气系统的设计、模具温度调节系统的设计、典型零件制造工艺等。该塑件有内螺纹，模具型腔为一模四腔，采用点浇口设计，需要两次分型。且中间盲孔较深，为保证塑件整体结构及简化模具结构，采用活动螺纹型芯膜外脱的脱出方法。故设计中主要解决了分型面的选择，型腔数目的确定，脱模推出机构的设计，采用了二次脱模机构来脱模，保证塑件能顺利的成型出模。 关键词：洗衣液瓶盖；注射模；活动螺纹型芯； ABSTRACT This paper in detail introduced the injection mold design process of the bottle cap of detergent, including the structure analysis and material selection of the plastic parts, drawing up the mould structure style, the selection of the injection molding machine, the form of pouring system and the design of the runner, the design of shaped parts, mold-determination and selection of standard parts, the oriented institutions to identify for mold clamping, the determination of ejector organization for de-molding, the design of lateral core-pulling organization, the design of the mold pumping system, the design of the system for controlling the mold temperature, the manufacturing processes of typical components and so on. There is some internal thread inside the plastic parts and this four-cavity mold was designed with point runners and two mold joints. We choose to separate the plastic parts from the active threaded cores outside the mold to keep the overall structure and simplify the mold because of the deep middle blind hole. So the paper mainly figured out the determination of joints, the confirm of cavity amount and the design of extrusion device. And two-time demoulding mechanism was used in order to make the plastic parts be shaped up and be demolded successfully.
