Being clean and recyclable, Solar energy has gained more and more attention. This Paper introduces a solar charger design which is based on single-chip Microcontrollers. It can not only protect the environment and save energy, but also emergency charge for mobile phone. People who go out and travel a lot have the experience of running out its cell phone power, Provide charging place nor are everywhere, so the phones will appear because of no electricity cant normal use. this paper introduces a solar cell phone charger controlled by single-chip microcomputer. It can convert the solar energy into stable direct current through circuit so as to charge the cell phone. It features the function to stop charging once the battery is fully charged.Besides it can be used as a general direct current power, lightening our relying on the commercial electricity to obtain the freedom of correspondence. With so many advantages over the traditional chargers, the solar charger will play an increasing role in the futures.
