物 流 学 年 论 文 天津港港口物流园区发展现状与对策分析 The Analysis of Tianjin Port Logistics Park Development Situation and Countermeasures 学 院： 商学院 专业班级： 物流管理 物管111 学生姓名： 杨建 学 号： 2011121134 指导教师： 张成考（教授） 2014年6月 学年论文中文摘要 天津港港口物流园区发展现状与对策分析 摘 要：近年来,我国物流园区呈现蓬勃发展的局面,物流园区的快速发展也带动了港口物流园区的建设高潮。物流园区作为现代物流中重要的基础设施,是推动物流业发展的重要载体,无论从物流业自身发展,还是从物流业与其他产业协同发展的角度来看,都具有重要的价值。 本文通过对天津港港口物流园区发展现状的调查，发现港口物流园区存在的一些问题。并通过对港口物流园区的SWOT分析，提出了天津港港口物流发展的战略制定，并进一步通过宏观和微观方面给出了天津港港口物流园区的发展对策。 关键词：天津港；物流园区；SWOT分析；发展对策 学年论文外文摘要 The Analysis of Tianjin Port Logistics Park Development Situation and Countermeasures Abstract: In recent years, Chinas logistics park presents a picture of prosperity. And the rapid development of the logistics park has also led to the high tide of the construction of the port logistics park. As an important infrastructure in the modern logistics, the logistics park is an important carrier to promote the development of logistics industry in terms of logistics industry development or the joint development of logistics industry and other industries, has an important value. This paper is based on the current situation survey of Tianjin Port Logistics Park Development. And found some problems existed in port logistics park. And through the SWOT analysis for port logistics park, proposed a strategy formulation for port of Tianjin port logistics development, and more gave the Development Strategy to Tianjin Port Logistics Park by the macro and micro aspects.
