农学学报 2017,7(2):59-62 Journal of Agriculture 赤霉素对珠芽魔芋种子萌发的影响 陆红叶，王 迪，潘嘉琦，吴学尉，叶 辉，刘丹丹 （云南大学，昆明650500） 摘 要：为探究赤霉素对珠芽魔芋种子萌发的影响，以珠芽魔芋种子为材料，将种子用不同浓度梯度的赤 霉素溶液进行处理，以便分析赤霉素对珠芽魔芋种子萌发的影响以及萌发期间种子内含物的变化。结 果表明：种子经50 mg/L 赤霉素处理后，萌发率达到最大，由72%提高到98% ；在种子萌发过程中，对照 组魔芋种子芽长从0.4 cm 生长到1.6 cm 时，可溶性糖含量从7.633 mg/g 增加到9.551 mg/g ；可溶性蛋白 从9.668 mg/g 增加到10.408 mg/g ；经50 mg/L 赤霉素处理的试验组种子芽长从0.4 cm 生长到1.6 cm 时， 可溶性糖含量从7.798 mg/g 增加到10.153 mg/g ；可溶性蛋白从9.611 mg/g 增加到10.441 mg/g ，试验组的 增幅较大，表明赤霉素能促进种子内有机物质的分解，从而促进种子萌发。 关键词：珠芽魔芋；种子；赤霉素；可溶性糖；可溶性蛋白 中图分类号：S566.9 文献标志码：A 论文编号：cja EffectsofGA TreatmentonGerminationofAmorphophallusbulbifer Seed 3 LuHongye,WangDi,PanJiaqi,WuXuewei,YeHui,LiuDandan (YunnanUniversity,Kunming650500,Yunnan,China) Abstract:ToexploretheeffectofgibberellinonseedsgerminationinA.Bulbifer,theseedsweretreated by using different concentration gradients of gibberellin.
