摘要
随着中国经济进一步融入了全球经济的脉搏,中国的经济取得了巨大的发展,但是随之而来的问题也越来越凸显。我们看到我国中小企业从规模、技术到营销、人力资源等构成企业核心竞争力的重要环节都不占绝对优势。北京某公司事中国众多中小企业中的一员,它也有着许多相同的问题,亟待解决。
面对企业的人才外流现象如何留住人才已成为很多企业发展过程中遇到的难题之一,有效的激励制度正是解决问题的关键。坚持“以人为本”和“公平”的原则,协调劳资关系,形成“同舟共济”意识。从物质和非物质两方面引导员工充分发挥他们的创造性和积极性。公司确保员工激励制度内容制定的完善,要付诸实践。这些具体的激励制度改革措施都能够促使企业与员工相互促进、共同发展、实现共赢。

ABSTRACT
With Chinas economy further into the pulse of the global economy, Chinas economic development can be a huge development, but the attendant problems are becoming increasingly prominent. We see that small and medium-sized enterprises in our country from the scale, technology to marketing, human resources and other important aspects of the core competitiveness of enterprises are not accounted for the absolute advantage. A member of the Beijing Aerospace Hengfeng company. China in so many small and medium-sized enterprises, it also has many of the same problems to be solved.
Faced with the phenomenon of talent outflow of enterprises how to retain talent has become one of the problems encountered in the process of development of many enterprises, effective incentive system is the key to solve the problem. Adhere to the people-oriented and fair principle, the coordination of labor relations, the formation of pull together in times of trouble consciousness. From two aspects of material and non-material to guide employees to give full play to their creativity and enthusiasm. Company to ensure that the staff incentive system to develop the perfect, to be put into practice. These specific incentive system reform measures are able to promote the mutual promotion and common development of enterprises and employees to achieve a win-win situation.
