PumpLinx培训教程 （三） PumpLinx基本工作流程 北京海基嘉盛科技有限公司 PumpLinx模拟的基本流程 导入几何模 网格划分 模型设置 求解 后处理 型 •Mesh Panel •Model Panel •Simulation •Geometry •Property Panel •Property Panel Panel Entities Panel •Mesh Panel •Geometry •Geometry •Result Panel •Property Panel Entities Panel Entities Panel 一、导入几何模型 导入PumpLinx的几何模型 几何面切分 stl格式是以相互连接的三角 形小面组成几何体表面，通 常要对其进行切分、合并、 命名等，将具有相同设置的 面放入同一个surface集合中 （如：进口、壁面等）。 选择Split/Combine Geometry or Grid命令。 命令说明 Split/Combine命令 简要说明 Split by Angle 角度切分，当两个面之间的夹角大于所设定 值时会自动分成不同的面。 Split Disconnected 不连贯体切分，将不相连的几何体或面分开。 Separete Interface 交互面切分，将交互面的组成面分开。 Combine 合并体或面，将具有同类设置或属性的体或 面合并为一部分。 Transform 命令 简要说明 Scale 对几何体进行缩放 Translate 对几何体进行平移 Rotate 对几何体进行旋转 Mirror X/Y/Z 对几何体进行镜像 Cylindrical Projection 对几何体进行圆柱映射 Plane Projection X/Y/Z 对几何体进行平面映射 以75度角切分几何面：Tutorials/mesh/faced_tube_single_surface.spro 将不连贯体分开:Tutorials/mesh/ logo_single_surface.spro 切分交互面:Tutorials/mesh/disk_baffle_in_tube_mesh.spro 合并同类面:Tutorials/mesh/faceted_tube_multiple_surfaces.spro 几何体缩放 检查几何体尺寸信息，通过 Grid and Geometry or Grid命令执行。该命令也可 用于网格生成后网格及节点 数的查看。 如几何尺寸不符，则通过 “Transform Geometry or Grid/Scale”命令对几何体 进行缩放。 将几何体放大2倍 二、生成网格 通用网格生成/General Mesher Mesh Location/网格生成区域 -Interior Volumns ：生成几何体内部网格； -注意 ：默认方法均采用Interior Volumns
