学生毕业论文 论文题目： 关于康健物流有限公司 发展中存在的问题与对策 作者姓名： 班级学号： 专业届别： 物流管理专业 导师姓名： 导师职称： 二○一一年十月二十四日 摘要 摘要 在我国真正实力超群、有一定规模的第三方物流企业并不多。第三方中小型物流企业在面对充满机遇与挑战的中国物流市场中仍有自己的生存与发展空间，只要善于寻找市场缝隙，做好市场定位，提供优质的产品和服务，培育核心竞争力，就能够在市场上占有一席之地。本文主要从定性分析与实证分析两个方面开展研究工作，在调查与分析的基础上，着重采用归纳、演绎等方法。结合目前中国第三方物流产业发展的特点，对该公司目前的发展情况进行客观的分析。在了解公司基本信息、发展历程和发展现状的前提下，采取SWOT分析法根据公司发展现状分析其优劣势，从而发现并提出问题，最后针对该公司在仓储、差异化服务、合作伙伴以及信息技术的应用上存在的不足，提出相应的意见和建议。 关键词：第三方物流；SWOT；问题；对策 Abstract In our country, the real strength, a certain scale of the third party logistics enterprise is not much.
