. 664 . 中国骨与关节杂志 2015 年 9 月第 4 卷第 9 期 Chinese Journal of Bone and Joint, September 2015, Vol 4, No.9 . 骨肿瘤 Bone neoplasms . 单中心足部骨肿瘤 258 例临床流行病学分析 廖锋　徐海荣　牛晓辉 DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-252X.2015.09.004　　中图分类号：R738.1 作者单位：100035　北京积水潭医院骨肿瘤科 通信作者：牛晓辉，Email: niuxiaohui@263.net 【摘要】　目的　探究足部骨肿瘤流行病学特点。方法　回顾 1957 年 8 月至 2014 年 7 月，北京积水潭 医院骨肿瘤科诊治的 258 例足部骨肿瘤患者资料，分析其性别、年龄、病理诊断、发病部位及影像特点。 结果　男 174 例，女 84 例，年龄 7～76 岁，平均 27.9 岁。病变多位于跟骨、趾骨、距骨、跖骨，少见于 足舟骨、楔骨和骰骨。恶性骨肿瘤 38 例，包括软骨肉瘤 13 例、骨肉瘤 8 例、Ewing 肉瘤 6 例、转移性肿瘤 5 例；中间型肿瘤 81 例，包括软骨母细胞瘤 36 例、骨巨细胞瘤 29 例、动脉瘤样骨囊肿 10 例、软骨粘液样纤 维瘤 3 例；良性肿瘤 139 例，包括内生软骨瘤 37 例、甲下外生性骨疣 27 例、单纯性骨囊肿 26 例、骨软骨瘤 19 例、骨样骨瘤 12 例、骨脂肪瘤 10 例。结论　足部骨肿瘤好发于中青年男性，多为良性或中间型。 【关键词】　足；骨肿瘤；软骨肉瘤；骨肉瘤；肉瘤；软骨母细胞瘤；骨巨细胞瘤；骨囊肿，动脉瘤 样；骨软骨瘤；外生骨疣；内生软骨瘤病；骨脂肪瘤样病；流行病学 One-center bone tumors in the foot: an epidemiological analysis of 258 cases LIAO Feng, XU Hai-rong, NIU Xiao- hui. Methods From August 1957 to July 2014, 258 patients were included. Gender, age, location, pathological and radiological data were reviewed. Results There were 174 males and 84 females, with a mean age of 27.9 years ( range: 7-76 years ). Bone tumors of the foot had particular predilections in the calcaneus, talus, phalanx and metatarsal bones. Thirty-eight cases of malignant tumors included chondrosarcoma ( 13 cases ), osteosarcoma ( 8 cases ), Ewing sarcoma ( 6 cases ) and metastatic tumors ( 5 cases ).
