精品文档 可编辑 本科毕业论文 （ 20_ _届 ） 我国外汇储备的风险管理研究 摘 要 ： 截 止 2 0 1 0 年 1 2 月 底 ， 我 国 外 汇 储 备 达 到 了 2 8 4 7 3 . 3 8 亿 美 元 。 外 汇 储 备 资 产 越 来 越 多 ， 我 国 的 国 际 支 付 能 力 越 来 越 强 ， 同 时 ， 超 额 的 外 汇 储 备 也 给 我 国 带 来 了 很 大 的 风 险 。 科 学 的 利 用 庞 大 的 外 汇 储 备 、 合 理 的 控 制 超 额 的 外 汇 储 备 在 管 理 上 带 来 的 风 险 具 有 重 大 的 经 济 和 战 略 意 义 。 本 论 文 对 国 内 外 适 度 储 备 理 论 和 国 际 收 支 衡 量 指 标 进 行 分 析 评 介 的 基 础 上 ， 结 合 我 国 经 济 运 行 的 实 际 情 况 ， 对 我 国 的 外 汇 储 备 管 理 进 行 了 深 入 地 研 究 ， 提 出 了 一 系 列 有 关 外 汇 储 备 管 理 的 政 策 建 议 和 具 体 措 施 ， 具 有 较 强 的 现 实 意 义 。 关 键 词 ： 外 汇 储 备 ; 影 响 因 素 ; 适 度 规 模 ; 管 理 The R esearch on Foreign Exchange R eser ves R isk M anagement in C hina A b str a ct: U ntil the end of December, 2010 , C hinas foreig n exchang e reserve has amounted to 2 ,847 ,338 ,000 ,000 U S dollars. W i th the larg e amount of the foreig n ex chang e reserve property, the ability of international pay ments becomes strong er, w hile the excess foreig n exchang e reserve i s a l so a big risk to us. The scientific using of the hug e foreig n exchang e reserve and the reasonably controlling of the risk in the manag ement of the excess foreig n exchang e reserve have sig nificant economic and the strateg ic sense. The present paper has deeply studied on foreig n exchang e reserve manag ement throug h the analy sis w hich i s about the theory about the moderate scale on the foreig n exchang e reserve and the Indicators of pay ments, and combined w i th the practical situation on International economic operation. This paper a l so has proposed a series of policy sug g estion and the specific measures, for foreig n exchang e reserve manag ement. It had the strong practical sig nificance.
