论人力资源管理与企业核心竞争力的关系 PAGE PAGE 1 论人力资源管理与企业核心竞争力的关系 摘要： 人力资源作为现代企业的一种战略性资源，已经成为企业发展的最关键因素。企业为了自身的生存和发展 ,必须不断提高人才竞争力和核心竞争力。人力资源是一切资源中最重要的资源 ,有效发挥人力资源在核心竞争力中的重要作用 ,制定人力资源竞争的对策 ,对于提高企业核心竞争力具有重要意义。企业要想在激烈的竞争中持续、健康地发展,必须降低成本,提高管理效能，必须有一套自己的人的管理方法，企业第一资源要素是人力资源,是产生核心竞争力的关键,改进和提高企业人力资源管理的职能及层次、优化人力资源能力是核心。本文主要论述了什么是人力资源管理与企业核心竞争力的关系，从而确定人力资源管理在企业核心竞争力中所起的重要作用。 关键词：人力资源 企业核心 竞争力 Abstract: Human resources as a strategic resource of modern enterprises, has become the most critical factor in the development of enterprises.
