行政复议前置制度研究论文 　　内容摘要：当前，行政复议前置制度作为行政纠纷的一种救济方式，在一些特殊行政案件中成为一种必经程序，甚至产生了它与行政复议，行政诉讼三者间相互鼎立的趋势。但行政复议前置制度的存在确是令人质疑的，我国应该将该制度置于何种地位，正是本文通过探讨其内在价值之必要性所期望达到的目的。与此同时，本文还对行政救济的完善措施作了一些设计，最终本文希望以此能更好地保护公民的切身利益。 　　关键词：行政复议前置存在价值质疑 　　Theleadingsystemintheadministrativereconsideration-isthereaneedforittoexist 　　Abstract:Asakindofremedyforadministrativedispute,thecurrentleadingsystemintheadministrativereconsiderationhasbecomeanecessaryprocedureinsomespecialadministrativecases,toapointwherethereisatendencyforittoformatripartiteequilibr,thisthesisalso’’’’svitalinterestswell. 　　Keywords:theleadingsysteminthead
