三维可视化吊装模块设计与应用 张传荣，谢 晖，陈 程，张 谦 （海洋石油工程（珠海）有限公司，广东珠海 519090 ） 摘要: 随着海洋石油勘探、开发的快速发展，海洋石油装备的建造工程量逐渐增大，吊装重量和作业环境相较于 以往也渐趋复杂。为确保吊装任务安全顺利完成，同时避免浪费，合理优化利用起重机资源，建造公司对吊装方 案的设计提出了更高的要求，尤其是关于其精确性、合理性、高效性和可靠性方面。传统的吊装方案设计依然停 留在以AutoCAD 为代表的二维图形绘制软件设计起重机的站位、吊点布置位置等，其工作量大、重复性工作多、 方案设计不直观，由于二维绘图的局限性以及实际吊装工况与多台吊机同时作业的复杂性，很难全面展示吊装过 程中危险工况。本文利用三维绘图软件SolidWorks，建立吊机三维精确模型，研究影响吊装方案设计中吊机站位 的因素，设计三维吊装模块，实现三维可视化显示工程吊装过程危险工况及各结构间的碰撞距离，保证吊装过程 安全，同时为海洋平台一体化建造提供技术支撑。 关键词：海洋工程；三维可视化；SolidWorks；吊装模块设计；应用研究 The Design and Application of the 3-D Visualization Hoisting Module ZHANG Chuanrong, XIEHui, CHEN Cheng, ZHANG Qian （Offshore Oil Engineering (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd, Zhuhai Guangdong,519090,China ） Abstract: With the rapid development of the offshore oil exploration and development, the constructions of the offshore oil equipment increase gradually. The lifting weight and the operation environment become so complex that only one crane can’t meet the demand. To ensure lifting task safely, and to avoid wasting the resources, the companies pay a lot attention to the design of lifting scheme to improve its accuracy, rationality, efficiency and reliability. The design of the traditional lifting scheme still uses the 2D CAD software to design and arrange the cranes stance and lifting point location. There is a lot of repetitive work, and the workload is large. Also because of the limitations of the 2D graphics software, it is difficult to show the dangerous working conditions in the process of hoisting. This paper is based on 3D drawing software SolidWorks, the 3D precise crane m
