抗癫痫药物的研究进展
【摘 要】
癫痫（epilepsy)是一组由大脑神经元异常放电所引起的短暂中枢神经系统功能失常为特征的慢性脑部疾病，具有突然发生、反复发作的特点。癫痫发作可表现运动 、感觉 、意识 、精神 、行为和自主神经等功能异常 。对于癫痫的治疗应着重于3个方面[ 1 ] :病因和诱发因素的治疗;对癫痫患者的教育和社会照料;癫痫症状的控制。在这3个方面中,控制发作是最主要的目标。癫痫发作的控制可分为药物治疗和手术治疗,目前药物控制仍是主要的治疗手段。本文对癫痫治疗药物的研究进展综述如下。

【Abstract】： epilepsy is a group of neurons from the abnormal discharge caused by short-term central nervous system disorders characterized by chronic brain diseases, with sudden, recurrent characteristics. Seizures may be in the movement, feeling, consciousness, mental, behavioral and autonomic nervous system dysfunction, and so on. For the treatment of epilepsy should focus on three aspects [1]: causes and factors induced by the treatment of patients with epilepsy education and social care; control the symptoms of epilepsy. In these three areas, control attack is the most important goal. The control of seizures can be divided into drug treatment and surgical treatment, drug control is still the main treatment. This paper on the treatment of epilepsy drugs on the progress summarized below. 【Key words】: anti-epileptic drugs drug therapy adverse reactions interaction; rational drug use
