It analyzes and discusses the design innovation means and industrial innovation means, looking for ways to effectively develop re- gional traditional cultural resources and ways to promote the innovation and development of cultural and creative products of Chongqings intangible cultural heritage. Through the integration of non legacy resources, the integration of life aes- thetics into the trend design can improve the competitiveness of the product. Through cross-border cooperation, the de- velopment of the cluster is promoted and the strong strength of the university and the government is used to enhance the competitiveness of the industry
