But the traditional family pension mode difficult to sustain the public need, but also restrict Chinas rural economic development and social stability, it is urgent to establish a set of complete and practical model of rural social endowment insurance system, this already more and more get the attention of various government and scholars thinking. To properly resolve the farmers old-age problem, draw lessons from the successful experience of economic developed areas, to improve the social security system in our country, urban and rural economic and social integration development, realize the harmonious social construction has important sense. Therefore, this article through active to our country new rural social pension insurance problems undertake an analysis, put forward some specific policy recommendations, in order to promote Chinas new rural social pension insurance system establishment and the consummation.
