浙江大学硕十学位论文摘 浙江大学硕十学位论文 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平、生产力水平的提高，远程监控系统被 越来越多的应用于各个领域，且要求也越来越高。工业监控系统对于保障生产安 全和方便生产管理具有重要意义。因此开发一个通用的监控系统平台，可以快速 方便的构建符合用户需要的监控系统，将有良好的应用前景。 本课题开发的是基于GPRS技术的无线监控系统，主要用于起重机械的监控， 并且具有一定的通用性。该系统是传统的计算机技术与现代计算机网络技术、 GPRS移动网络技术阱及嵌入式技术的结合。该系统便于操作，功能丰富，并且 成本低，安装维护方便，适用于对移动设备的无线监控。而且系统便于以后的开 发和扩展。 本文首先介绍无线监控系的总体设计思想、实现方案以及该系统的总体结 构。该系统主要由监控主机和嵌入式监控终端组成，根据起重机械可移动的特点， 监控主机和监控终端通过Imemet和GPRS网络联系起来，实现通信。监控中心 在windows平台上建立具有图形界面的监控程序，实现电子地图、数据和图像 监控等功能。并通过SQL语言实现数据库管理。 监控终端采用嵌入式系统，由32位的Jupiter微控制器，增加FLASH ROM．SDRAM等外围芯片和有关硬件接口后构成嵌入式计算机硬件平台，为了 便于开发和支持网络功能，系统选用嵌入式uClinux操作系统，组成通用的嵌入 式计算机平台。监控终端通过GPRS模块接入移动网络，再通过移动的网关接入 Imemet。由于GPRS网络的不稳定性，监控终端具有网络状态监测功能和自动 重拨功能，能保证网络的畅通。为保证系统的可靠性，看门狗可以在应用程序或 系统错误时使其自动复位。 论文最后针对本系统的结构和性能做出了总结和评价，同时，也提出了一些 对今后发展的展望。 关键字：GPRS监控系统嵌入式系统uClinux ——一 —— 一 塑坚_火堂堡．!：兰些堡兰 Abstract Remote monitoring system has great significance for daily production and life of people．At present，Remote monitoring system has been increasing applied in many fields with the development of technologies and improvement of standard of living and productivity．It is believed that development of general remote monitoring system platform will have good prospect，which Can be used to design various monitoring systems conveniently． The target of this project is to develop a wireless monitoring system based on GPRS technology．It is mainly used by mobile cranes and Can be used by many other equipment because of it’s generality．This kind of system is the integration of traditional computer，Interact and modem GPRS technology．It will be widely applied in many fields because it’S great functions，low COSt，convenience of operation and it’S easy tO install and maintain． Firstly，this thesis introducesthe overall framework and the method of design of the system．The system consists of two subsystems，the monitoring center and the monitoring terminal the two subsystems are connected through the Intemet and GPRS network．The monitoring center has the functions such as electronic map
