PAGE II I 北京市现代服务业发展对策研究 Abstract Beijing, as the political and cultural center of China, the development of service sector has a representative role.The living standards of Beijing People depend more and more on the rapid development of modern service industry of high quality. The percentage of service industry in today’s economy of developed countries is very high. While the percentage of it in economy of our country is not as high as developed countries. We should focus on the development of modern service industry of our country to find new economy increase spot and make economy develop manner change. The study of it will give us a kind of manner to develop service industry. This paper first introduces the concepts of modern service industry, and then introduces the development of modern service industry of Beijing on the basis of researching. Besides this, this paper also analyses the factors which impacts the development of modern service industry of Beijing, including economic, cultural, individual, policy. From the development of modern service industry of Beijing, we can see the advantage and disadvantage of it. The paper then analyses the problems accrued during the development of modern service industry of Beijing from many aspects. We can see the problems of policy, quantity, structure and so on. At last, the paper put out some policy recommendations according the anglicizing of every problem.
