AbstractWith Abstract With the development of Internet business and increasing network bandwidth, wide band has beA：0mes the emphasis of constructing Information Expressway．Wide City Band(WCB)provides high—speed business platform for long-distance-monitoring．We design a Remote System with web technology,which is undoubtedly dominant in information platforms，Rapid development of computer technology and network technology provides definitely guarantee for building high quality enterprise system． On the other hand,the factories grow bigger and bigger，we provide information sharing inside the company to help making decision for the business，because traditional monitoring啪not d0 the duty well any more．Throngh the integration of network technique and industry monitoring,we provide efficiently and reliable real-time—monitoring of the product process，it could help to deal with the accidents during product process on time．So it is the high time to build this kind of system for good． Here in this article，we present the items below： (1)In order to help understand the framework of J2EE，I introduce the N·tier application embedded in J2EE． (2)In order to help master the diagrams used below,I fist the basic UML concepts here． (3)Design pattern，the mini—framework,the sub-framework,analysis and then design． (4)About PusMet，we discussed the thesis and the virtues against other peer techniques，its implementation include two parts，one is the server side，the other is the client side．Based on pushlet,we provide real-time data exchange between Sewer and many kinds of clients，such as browSer． (5)We provide a sample application to publish the data inside the database to introduce the integration with former WEB application． (6)In the end，we give a conclusion of this article，and give further questions about it and further research directions． KeyWord：Pushlet，real-Time，monitor，J2EE，design pattern Ⅱ 独创性声明 独创性声明 本人声明，所呈交的论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及 取得的研究成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外， 论文中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究
