摘要 摘要 随着社会的进步和网络技术的飞速发展，各大专院校的机房也发生着巨大的 变化，这对机房管理提出了新的更高的要求，既要求能监视和控制每台终端的行 为，又要求能使作为信息交流场所的、己成为共享资源的机房得到充分利用。同 时，随着 IC 卡技术的日臻完善，实际应用的普及化，IC 卡进入机房管理，给管理 工作带来了方便。 机房的 IC 卡管理系统，主要是利用计算机、IC 卡、互联网、数据库等技术， 以网络为基础，以应用系统作为依托与其它技术有机结合而实现的一种以控制为 核心的管理系统。 本文系统的介绍了 IC 卡的基础知识，详细规划和分析了本校机房管理系统的 需求，并在此基础上提出了设计方案，详细介绍了读卡器的电路设计，并着重介 绍了其中的读写模块，而对于应用程序，则用 VB 和 MySQL 来实现整个系统的管 理。另外，本系统还用到了还原卡，本文也对还原卡的原理和使用做了详细的介 绍。 实践表明，本系统基本达到了目前学校机房管理系统的要求，满足了广大师 生日常生活的需要。当然，系统在功能灵活性，安全性等方面存在一些不足，文 章最后指出了日后研究的方向。 关键词：IC 卡，读卡器，还原卡，管理系统 I ABSTRACTt The Design and Implementation of computer room management system based on IC card and Reduction card ABSTRACT As society advances and the rapid development of network, great changes also occurred in the computer room of each university, there are many newer and higher demands are required in computer room management. It requires each terminal can be monitored and controlled, it also enabled engine room resources are fully utilized. Meanwhile, with the IC card technology is improving daily, practical applications and popularization of IC cards that have been used in computer room management, to facilitate the work of management. The IC card management system is based on Web and mainly related to computer technology, IC cards technology, Internet technology and database technology. And this system is based on application system and combined with other technologies to achieve control-core management systems. In this paper the basic knowledge of IC cards is introduced, and the demands of computer room management system in the university is planned and analyzed, and a scheme is designed, and readers’ circuit design is introduced. In this paper, the design of read-write modules is mainly introduced and for the application program that is used VB and MySQL to achieve the management of the whole system.
