Effects of flavone from leaves of Diospyros kaki
on ischemia tolerance model

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effcts flavone from the leaves of Diospyros kaki on brain
ischemia tolerance model. Determinate the content of ET, t-PA, PAI-1,TM,vWF in the
plasma of brain ischemia tolerance animals, the content of TXB , 6-Keto-PGF α in cerebral

cortex of mouse and the expression ICAM-1 of rat brain histomorphology . Observe the
changes of related pathlogy. Thereby investing the endogenesis protect mechanism of
ischemic preconditioning , the therapeutic action and mechanism of flavone from the
leaves of Diospyros kaki on brain ischemia disease.
Methods: Tie up the bilateral common srteries twice to be the model of mouse
ischemic tolerance. After the first operation, every mouse should be given the ralated
drugs(ginkgo binkgo extract, low, middle and high dose of flavone from the leaves of
Diospyros kaki). The mouse in the sham operation group, bilateral comm on carotid
arteries group and model group were given NS five days, once a day. After fasting 12h
and giving the drugs, block the flow of bilateral common srteries , after 30min,
recovery the flow. After 24h of the second operation, determine the content of t-PA and
PAI-1 in the plasma, the content
