摘 要 “知识”时代已经到来，各行各业的企业要想在日趋激烈的竞争中脱颖而出， 就必须要对各自企业内部的核心知识对其有效的管理。对知识的管理虽然还是一 个较新的理念，但已经得到了诸多企业认可，为了很好地完成对知识的管理，这 些企业都是通过知识管理系统软件，作为企业的提高知识管理效率的工具，从而 能够很好的完成企业内部杂乱知识的汇总、对知识的共享、鼓励知识创新等目标。 本论文介绍创建一套知识管理系统的方式方法，并通过实际的操作系统应用在项 目管理公司的知识管理中。 知识管理系统目的是收集汇总各种知识，让公司内部员工可以通过本系统， 很便捷的找到所需要的信息和知识，成为一个能够使全体员工都能参与的互动平 台。员工们可以在这个平台上共享自己认为有助于提升水平的知识信息方便大家 学习，而企业知识管理员在这个平台上对全体员工上传的知识进行维护管理。知 识管理系统促进了公司内部对员工的培养，而员工是公司创造效益的根源。 根据论文研究方向，就本套知识管理系统设计技术选用上，选为 B/S 架构， 采用当今非常流行的用于 WEB 开发的 JAVA 语言及 SSH（struts2、spring、 hibernate）框架，MySQL 作为后台数据库。系统中涉及到的关键技术部分，根 据研究内容着重介绍功能模块的设计以及知识文件的共享和管理。 关键字：知识管理系统、Struts2 框架、Spring 框架、Hibernate 框架 ABSTRACT Knowledge Era has coming, enterprises from each field want to be standing out of the fierce competition, has to effectively manage the core of the enterprise internal knowledge. Although the Knowledge Management is still a fresh new concept, it has been recognized by many enterprises. In order to complete well, the Knowledge Management System software as the tool of improving the efficiency of knowledge management, so as to complete the target of summarizing, sharing and innovation. This paper is introducing the Knowledge Management System creating method, and applied in HQPMC’s knowledge management through the actual operating system. Knowledge Management System is designed to summary all kinds of knowledge, the employees can easily find the required information and knowledge through this system, so it is an interactive platform can make all the staff can participate in. Employees can upload knowledge for sharing and the enterprise administrator will be responsible for maintenance and management. The KMS is promoting the enterprise personnel training, and talent is the root of the efficiency creating. According to the research direction, the architecture of this system is the B/S structure, using the very popular JAVA language for WEB development and SSH (struts 2, spring, hibernate) framework, database elected a MySQL database.System key technologies
