摘 要 摘 要 随着信息化技术的快速发展，企业办公自动化技术发展到现在已经比较成熟， 基于这个情况，实现办公电子化就迫切可行。 办公自动化系统，是指通过计算机的技术提高办公的效率，进而实现办公自 动化处理，现已成为当今社会的重要标志。办公自动化系统解决部门单位的日常 管理规范化、增加部门单位的可控性、提高部门单位运转效率的基本问题，范围 涉及日常行政管理、各种事项的审批、办公资源的管理、多人多部门的协同办公 以及各种信息的沟通与传递。 本文以文理学院办公自动化系统为背景，为适应现代企业对办公业务需求、 管理流程的不断变化，探究如何采用软件系统工程的方法实现办公自动化系统 （Office Automation），以提高企业的办公效率、简化其管理流程。详细阐述了系 统所采用的基于 J2EE 架构的分层体系架构和 JBPM 工作流引擎，并且论述了选用 相关技术的原因，以使系统具有可伸缩性、可操作性和更好的性能。 关键词：JBPM 工作流引擎；办公自动化；基于角色的访问控制 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise office automation technology development up to now has more mature, based on the situation, realize office electronic is urgent feasible.
