基于Kano分析技术的手机游戏概念设计摘 基于Kano分析技术的手机游戏概念设计 摘 要 手机游戏作为移动数据业务的亮点已经引起电信业特别是移动 业界的广泛关注，这也促使运营商加大对于手机游戏产品的监管和运 作，对于手机游戏策划要求进一步提高。而与此同时，国内手机游戏 策划或开发方面，面临着手机游戏概念设计理念缺乏等问题。 本文的最大价值在于，提出了Kano分析指标，为游戏开发者提 供了设计游戏产品的理念，并希望借用Kano分析技术来分析电信业 务概念成为一种可能。 本论文以产品策划为立足点，将Kano分析技术引用到手机游戏 产品概念设计当中，并结合手机游戏的特殊性，即产品和服务的结合， 形成了手机游戏产品概念设计的过程。并采用这个设计过程，研究和 分析了手机游戏四大主要细分市场的产品概念和各自关注的侧重点。 同时提出了产品概念修正因素的参考以及手机游戏运营的粗浅建议。 本文中特别分析了移动百宝箱模式的SWOT，并提出了相关策略，以 及针对手机网络游戏提出了运营策略。希望对于手机游戏策划者，乃 至手机游戏运营商，有借鉴作用。 关键字 Kano分析技术手机游戏手机网游产品概念设计 PRODUCT PRODUCT CONCEPTUAL DESIGN 0F MOBILE PHONE GAME BASED ON KANO ANALSYS IS ABSTRACT Mobile phone games，as a mobile data business，has attracted the bright lights of the telecommunications industry，in particular the wide attention of the mobile industry．But，the product conceptual design for mobile phone game has not to be a thinking system，such as limitation in product design of PC games，isolation between game design and operation planning，and other issues． In this paper,the greatest value is forming the idea of designing games for game developers to use Kano analysis．I hope the conceptual design process logic based on Kano analysis technique can be used in other planning of telecommunications business． So that telecommunications services，in the face of enormous pressure of competition circumstances，can be better development． To this end，this paper attempts to use Kano analysis applied to the conceptual design of mobile phone games．And with the uniqueness of mobile mobile phone games：products and services，to form a mobile gaming product conceptual design process．And adopt this design process，this paper gives the reference factors for the product concept and some proposal for operation．Hope that the planning for mobile phone games， and mobile gaming operators，as a reference． KEY WORDS kano analysis technique product conceptual design mobile phone games mobile online games 独创性(或创新性)声明本人声明所呈交的论文是本人在导师指导-卜．进行的研究T作及取得的研究成果。尽我所 独创性(或创新性)声明 本人声明所呈交的论文是本人在导师指导-卜．进行的
