某供电公司生产调度综合用房的电气设计 摘 要 为顺应时代发展，满足某供电公司现代供电服务的需要，改善原供电公司用房拥挤、设备老化的工作条件，现新建生产调度综合用房，功能为生产、调度和办公用房。 本工程总建筑面积约12220平方米。地面上十一层，地下一层。地下一层为消防泵房、消防水池及配电间，一~九层为办公用房，十层为各种信息机房，十一层为大空间办公室和调度室。全楼为框架结构。空调系统采用一拖多加新风系统。建筑高度为48.05米，除地下层外均吊顶。本次设计为大楼的电气设计，主要深入的研究以下几个方面： 供、配电设计，确定各负荷的等级，各负荷的供、配电方式；做到保障人身安全、配电可靠、电能质量合格等。 各动力设备的配电方式、电器的选择、导线的选择、线路的敷设方式等的确定。配电线路装设短路保护、过负载保护和接地故障保护，作用于切断电源或发出报警信号。 照明设计，根据建筑内的各房间的视觉要求、作业性质和环境条件，通过对光源、灯具的选择和配置，使工作区或空间具备合理的照度、显色性和适宜的亮度分布及舒适的视觉环境。处理好电气照明和天然采光的关系。完成照明灯具的控制。 防雷和接地系统的设计，通过计算确定防雷等级，设计出防雷和接地图。防止或减少雷击建筑物所发生的人身伤亡和文物、财产损失，做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理。 火灾自动报警与联动控制系统，防止和减少火灾危害，保护人身和财产安全。 漏电火灾报警系统，监控电气线路的故障和异常状态，发现电气火灾的火灾隐患，及时报警提醒人员去消除这些隐患。 关键词：导体 照度 照明功率密度 防雷装置 区域报警系统 Abstract In order to comply with the development of the times , to satisfy the demand of modern electricity services of the power supply company ,and to improve the working conditions of the crowded space and aging equipment of the original power supply company,we build a new integrated space, as a function of producting, scheduling and making some business. The total area of the project is about 12,220 square meters, and the building has 11 floors on the ground floor,one below the ground floor. For a firehouse,a fire pool and a distribution room on the ground floor,the building from one fioor to nine are offices,the 10th floor is a compute room for managing all kinds of information,and the 11th is as a big office and distribution room.The construction of the total building is the frame.The system of the air condition is multi-new air system.The height of the building is 48.05 metres ,and adopts hung-ceiling except for below the ground floor,this design is a building electrical design,and the main study in depth is as the following: Firstly, make sure of the load classes and the distribution way of all the load when making the power supply and distribution design,and protect the personal from danger, make sure the destribution reliable,and the power quality up to grade and so on. Sec
