A key issue how to meet customers’ individual demands shall be considered in the promotion of the full decoration. This paper suggests that Building Information Modeling and Augmented Reality technologies can be combined and applied to full decoration system. It introduces system functions ，designs the implementation process and structure framework of the system on the basis of system analysis，generally summarizes the advantages of the system，and finally proves the corresponding functions by examples. BIM can facilitate customers to get a 3D model with customized decoration information.
