摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 本项目是应北京市热力集团销售分公司的要求开发的一套基于 Internet／Intranet环境的管理信息系统，该系统采用了B／S结构。本论文应用 了管理信息系统的开发理论，从系统规划、系统分析、系统设计及系统实施等方 面论述了本项目的整个开发过程。该系统实现的功能主要包括：调度指令任务单 和申请单的运转和管理；用户合同、面积台帐和热力站信息的管理和统计；供热 情况的统计和发稚；以及本管理信息系统的维护功能。 该项目由两人共同完成。在系统分析和设计阶段我根据管理信息系统的目标 和企业信息处理模式，对系统开发平台进行了选择，为浏览器／服务器模式；根 据企业的数据通信模式和今后的发展确定数据库系统体系结构为B／S／S结构；提 出了系统总体设计的任务；根据实际业务进行了模块化分，并给出了模块结构图； 进行了系统代码设计，数据库结构设计，并编写设计说明书。在系统实施阶段， 我负责用户合同管理、面积台帐管理、热力站管理三个子系统的开发。采用了 XML、XSLT、ASP、JavaScript、VBScript等技术来实现各功能：参与了系统调 试和操作人员的培训工作。 本系统完全符合了热力集团销售分公司的各项要求，具有实用性强，操作简 易，配置要求低，系统维护方便等特点。操作人员在使用该系统时，无须对计算 机系统知识有更多的了解，只需要按照自身的业务流程来完成工作。通过友好的 界面用户可获得相应的提示，以避免各部门和各下设管理所重复工作，提高人员 利用率，同时减少地方区域造成的工作误差，增强了销售分公司与下设管理所的 实时工作联系。这套系统对信息采用层层处理和校核，加大了对各级人员的工作 管理和信息的准确性。 该管理信息系统，使公司领导能够迅速、快捷地通过计算机网络全面准确地 掌握公司所有与产、供、销、人、财、物等方面有关的数据信息，从而最大限度 地利用企业现有资源取得更大的经济效益。该系统已研制成功并于2004年11月 中旬正式投入使用，用户反映该系统使用效果良好，全面提高了企业的整体运营 水平，使企业管理真正由经验管理进入到科学管理，并紧跟全球经济时代步伐。 关键词管理信息系统：面积台帐管理；B／s；xml；asp AbstractThis Abstract This project is set of management information system based the Internet／Intranet environment，which is for the request of the Sale’s Department of Peking Thermodynamic Energy Corporation．It has adopted B／S structure．In the thesis，I have used the development theory of management information system．Meanwhile，I have described the whole development course of this project，including system plan，system analysis，system design，system practice，etc．The main function of this system include： operation and management of the mission 1ist and application list， management and statistics in customer contact，account of area and information of the thermodynamic energy，statistics and issue of the condition of providing heat，and the maintenance of this system． There two persons finishing this project．In the process of system analysi and design，I have chosen the system developing platform according to the goal of the management information system and the mode of enterprise’s information process， which is the browser／server mode． According to the data cormun
