摘要以多媒体和网络为代表的信息技术的飞速发展，正在改变我们 摘要 以多媒体和网络为代表的信息技术的飞速发展，正在改变我们 生活的环境和学习的方式。近两年来，信息时代发展的新技术—Blog 与RSS在众多行业和领域中得到了广泛的应用，也逐渐渗透到信息 化教育中。本文尝试将Blog与RSS的理念与技术引入到网络教学中 来，通过教学博客平台“计算机教学博客”的创建及应用，探讨Blog 与RSS技术在教育教学中的作用。 论文首先综述了系统的研究背景，剖析了Blog与RSS的技术特 点及其教育应用研究的现状，根据目前网络教学存在的问题和需要， 提出利用Blog与RSS技术构建网络教学平台的理念；接着在介绍网 络教学基本概念、功能和研究模型的基础上，结合Blog与RSS教育 应用的特点，探讨了利用Blog和RSS技术构建Blog社群，开发学 习内容聚合系统，并基于此开展协作学习，对学习过程进行科学管 理，对学习绩效进行多元评价的方法和思路，试图在实现网络课程 教学的同时，为师生提供个人知识管理和终身学习的平台；论文随 后分析了系统的主要功能，并给出了系统的框架结构，选取OBLOG4 为系统的主体程序，在对Blog平台进行重构和设置的同时，开发了 网摘插件，整合论坛和在线考试系统，并设计和实现了基于RSS的 学习内容聚合与推送系统，最终构建基于Blog与RSS技术的网络教 学系统；并且讨论了应用本系统开展计算机基础课程教学的实践过 程。论文最后在总结研究成果的基础上，指出研究的局限性和研究 展望。 关键词Blog，RSS，个性化信息推送，网络教学系统 ABSTR ABSTR ACT Rapid developments of the information technologies such as the multi-media and interact have been changing people’S living styles and studying modes．In recent years，Blog and RSS are widely used in various kinds of professional and technical domains，they are alSO applied in informational education in universities．In this thesis．these two technologies are introduced into the education over intemet,on the basis of the construction and application of the educational Blog in a University,and the main topics of the function of Blog and l塔S ill education have been discussed in this thesis． Firstly a generalized introduction of the research background of Blog and RSS has been given,as well as the contemporary research work 011 Blog and the usage of RsS in technical education．As to the problems existed in network education nowadays，an approach has been promoted tO construct the platform of network education with the help ofBlog and RSS．111e content and the meaning ofthe research have alSO beell clarified．Based on the above．functions and research models of network education,combining Blog and RSS teaching application as a starting point’the aggregation system developed on the basis of Blog and RSS technology have been explored while individual information pushing service has got its place．Wit
