西安培华学院本科毕业论文（设计） 2B085438赵秀红-论利率调整对居民储蓄的影响-张小玲 PAGE PAGE IV 论利率调整对居民储蓄的影响 摘 要 利率政策是我国货币政策的一种重要调控手段，中央银行通过对利率的调整，能够影响各种金融产品的价格，并且可以通过利率调整释放政策信号，引导居民合理调整个人可支配收入在储蓄和消费之间的比例，进而影响宏观经济运行。近年来，我国采取了多次利率调整政策，但都没有达到应有的效果。在对我国具体情况分析之后，文章探讨了利率调整对居民储蓄的影响，得出我国利率调整对居民储蓄的影响并非如西方经济学中所说的那样是正向的、单一的，而是不确定。并且分析了我国利率调整对居民储蓄的影响不显著的原因，主要是由我国利率市场化还没有完全实现，微观主体对利率调整不敏感，金融市场发展不够完善，庞大的外汇储备使货币政策失灵，并根据这些原因，提出了相应的建议和对策。具体包括继续深化利率市场化，加快利率市场化进程，建立健全我国社会保障制度，要逐渐改变居民的生活习惯，我国还要不断改进金融机构服务。 关键词：利率；居民储蓄；影响；利率调整；利率政策 On the influence of interest rates on savings Abstract Interest rate policy is China’s monetary policy and that is a king of important control measures, the central bank through the adjustment of interest rate, it can affect all kinds of financial the price, and can be through the interest rate adjustment release policy signals, and guide people rationally adjust the personal disposable income in the ratio between saving and consumption, and influence macroeconomic operation.
