042025222王新建 042025222王新建 基于BPR理论的ERP实施研究 摘要 ERP既是一种新型的管理思想和模式，又是一套先进的计算机管理系统。它 能对企业的各种资源进行合理优化配簧，建立高效率供需链，从而达到提高企业 竞争力的目的。而BPR强调以业务流程为改造对象和中心，以关心客户的需求和 满意度为目标，对现有的业务流程进行根本的再思考和彻底的再设计，以建立全 新的过程型组织结构，促使经营管理绩效得到巨大改善。BPR侧重企业管理模式 及业务流程的整体最优化，ERP侧重在合理的业务流程基础上实现对企业资源的 有效利用与管理。如何基于BPR理论进行ERP的实施，提高企业竞争力是一个充 满挑战的课题，必须选择合适的时机、适当的方法和正确的途径，否则将事与愿 违。 本文根据BPR的基本思想和ERP的原理，结合企业基于BPR理论的ERP实施 的实际情况，指出传统ERP实施的症结所在，分析基于BPR的ERP实施与传统 ERP实施之间的区别，评价用BPR理论来指导ERP实施的效果，认识到只有基于 BPR实施ERP才能更好促进ERP成功应用，企业才能取得提高竞争力、实现可持 续发展的良好效果。 关键词：业务流程重组，企业资源计划，业务流程 中图分类号：F270．7 042025222千新建 042025222千新建 基十BPR理论的ERP实施研究 Abstract Re蛐arch on the implementation of ERP based On BPR Ente叩rise Resource Planning(ERP)is not only a application software，but also a new management idea and model，the marketing competency is to be enhallced with ERP by tIle rational allocation and optimization of the resources aIld const兀lction of an efficient supply chain．Business Process Reengineering(BPR)fbcus on business process，focus on needs and satisfaction of customer，reen百neering is the fundamental rethinkjng and radical redesigIl of business processes to achieve dramatic improVement in critical，contemporary measures of pedomance，such as cost qualit y， service a11d speed．How to implement ERP based on BPR?n’s a challenge for enterprise to enhance its competency by infomlation constrIIction，the opportunit y， way and means are mos“mportallt． Based on the theory and principles of BPR and ERP’and the practice of the implementatiOn 0f ERP based 0n BPR’s theOry in JSAC，the paper analyses and preseⅡts the dif!ferent way and process betweeⅡtraditional implementation and ERP based on BPR．BPR fbcus on process management while ERP emphasize resource management，so the implementation of ERP based on BPR is a perfect resolvent．Only based on BPR’s theory can ERP pr嘲ote the implementation to success，enhance competency and realize sustainable deVelopm
