Research Research On The Key Assemble Technology And Machines For Active Conic Gear Gaskets 0f Automobile abstract One of the most important factors for automobiles is the assembly quality to the main reducer gear during this assemble process．How to control the preload of the taper roller bearing in the active taper bearing assembly,which is achieved by adjusting the ply of cushion is all important factor．The conventional way for this adjust process is achieved by human which is not perfect in efficiency and accuracy． the cushion．selection machine researched in this thesis which is the key machine used in the main active taper bearing assembly line is manufactured in this background．This machine Can measure the axial gap of the active taper bearing assembly and adj ust the cushion automatically,it call adjust the preload to the work state by regulating the thickness ofthe cushion，after the selected caution assembled， it meets to the preload theoretically。but we must test the preload after we press the roller bearing to the active taper miler axle in order to guarantee the quality of assembly．This process is done by pressure measurement machine．The tightening machine will fmish the assemble ofthe key part if this preload is right． This thesis mainly introduces the affection of simulate pressure and SO on by analyzing the factor which impact the veracity of measure process，mainly introduces the mechanical design of cushion—selection machine，which contains three subsystems：measure system for active taper bearing assembly caution、measure system for caution reducer shell and caution re—testing system．Verifies the repeat accuracy and measure accuracy through analyzing the measure data．Introduces the press．measure machine and tightening machine simply and expounds the feedback of this three key machines at last． Keywords：active taper bearing assembly；measure；pressure measurement； tightening；feedback 插图清单卜1 插图清单 卜1 典型汽车驱动桥主减速器及差速器 3 卜2 1 40主动锥齿轮总成 4 卜3 从动锥齿轮正确的啮合印痕 6 2—1
