Researching the key metabolic pathways related with sorbitol metabolism can provide an appropriate research system research to develop metabolic research on main quality characteristics of the composition. The fruit of DangShansuli was collected as trial material When 130 days after blosso m falling, then they were disposed by 13C - glucose injection method, and cultivation of frt wafer combining with 13C - glucose feeding processing method, and then the samples after treatment were gathered in different time, at last metabolite profiling analysis was used to a nalyze sugar and important fruit characteristics constituents witch closely related to sugar metabolism of bud mutation fruits and unmanifest fruits. The significant differences in different pears was found through analysis the sample by GC -MS and based on the NIST and Wiley database to analytic the structure of the metabolic c omponents in the GC-MS fingerprinting.
