Location and Design Area 本次国际咨询内容包括前期研究及规划区方案设计。 This International Consultation includes the pre-stage study and the urban design of the planning area. 其中，前期研究以北部滨海地区发展战略规划为基础，研究范围为山海路以北、204国道以东、白马河以南，包括卧龙山风景旅游区及滨海地段用地，面积约100平方公里； The pre-stage study is based on the development strategic planning of the northern coastal area, with a study area of approximately 100 sq. km., which is in the north of the Shanghai Road, east of the 204 National Road, South of the Baima River, including the Wolong Mountain 规划区方案设计的范围为研究范围的南侧核心区，靠近日照主城区，主要依托南北向贯通的青岛路进行对外联系。 The planning area of urban design is the southern key section, neighboring to Rizhao key downtown. It mainly relies on the north-to-south Qingdao Road for outward transport. 陆域面积约17.32平方公里，海域范围包括桃花岛。 Its land area is approximately 17.32 sq. km. and the sea area includes Taohua （详见附图01：区位图，附图02：上位规划图） (Please refer to Image 1: Location, and Image 2: Upper-Level Plan for details.) 现状条件 2. Current Status 自然条件 2.1 Natural Conditions （1）地形地貌 (1) Terrain 规划区位于日照市东北部沿海区域，地势西高东低，西部有丘陵起伏，东部为沿海小平原，有河道自卧龙山流向黄海、从规划区中部穿过。 The planning area is located at the northeastern coastal area of Rizhao city, with a terrain high in the west and low in the east.
