THE STUDY ON APPLICATION OF THE THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICE MODEL FOR A COMPANY ABSTRACT The 21st century is an era in the rapid development of global information. With the rise of e-commerce industry, the traditional method of payment has been unable to meet the needs of modern e-commerce activities. With the transaction process independence and convenient payment experience, third- party payment platform got a great deal of concern when it appeared. It greatly enhance the efficiency of production and peoples lives. Especially after 2010, when Peoples Bank of China issued a non-financial institutions to pay management approach, number of various types of third-party payment companies showing explosive growth. According to iResearch statistics, in 2013 Chinese third party payment transaction size was 17 trillion yuan. A huge number of practitioners of corporate and market size means the third-party payment has become an important form of the national economy, but also reflects the intensity of competition in the industry. A Company I served is a third-party payment company which was build through mergers and acquisitions by domestic integrated financial groups.
