结论 应用不同修复材料治疗牙槽突裂，通过影像学和组织学检测，观察上 颌骨发育情况及局部成骨能力，相互对比，证实各种材料植入牙槽突裂隙内，（1） 对上颌骨发育有不同程度的影响：其中自体髂骨影响最小，脱钙骨次之，骨水泥 影响最大；（2 ）从成骨能力上看，从好到差依次为：髂骨组，脱钙骨组，骨水泥 组，髂骨组明显优于其他各组。 关键词 自体髂骨 脱钙骨 骨水泥 CT 三维重建 牙槽突裂 2 The experimental study on bone reconstruction of alveolar cleft by different materials Abstract Object: Establish rabbit’s model of unilateral alveolar cleft , discuss the effect of maxillary growth further and development and compare the respective osteogenic capability to regenerate alveolar cleft which used autogenous iliac bone ,pure decalcified bone material and acrylic cement. Method: (1) choose 40 New Zealand white rabbits (8 weeks old, 1~1.2kg.) as samples and result in their unilateral alveolar cleft through operation; (2) these 40 rabbits were averagely divided into 4 groups randomly: iliac bone group, decalcified bone group, acrylic cement group and blank group 2 weeks after operation. The other three groups are implanted autogenous iliac bone, ,pure decalcified bone material and acrylic cement into the defects respectively except that the blank group was subjected to no disposal; (3) observe their skulls by three-dimensional CT after 2 weeks ,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks respectively and measure the distance between sutures of maxillary, moreover, obtain the CT numbers to master the development of maxillary.2 rabbits in each group were sacrificed to obtain their tissue samples and observe them to master the information of osteogenic capability.
