本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：盛世华府住宅楼施工组织设计及 投标报价 院 系： 专 业： 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 2016年5月 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 本论文主要包括两部分，即施工组织设计、投标报价，课题选自盛世华府住宅楼，为地上十八层，地下一层，剪力墙结构。 施工组织设计方面主要阐述了对施工组织的安排，工程概况、工程特点、施工现场条件以及合同条件，法规条件、施工平面布置图、冬雨季施工要求，施工进度计划表等内容，并做出了详细的工程量计算以及劳动力计算安排等。 投标报价部分详细的计算出了工程量清单，并按照陕西省造价规范计算出投标报价，建筑物的工程总投资等，计算过程综合考虑了很多现场实际情况，做到准确精准，同时考虑了项目的经济适用以及施工的可行性，并做出了详细的汇总表、分部分项工程量清单与计价表、以及措施费汇总表等主要内容，保证投标报价内容完整有效。 关键词：施工组织设计；造价；剪力墙；投标报价 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT V Abstract This thesis mainly includes two parts, namely the construction organization design, bidding quotation, project in residential buildings in Washington, dc, for the ground 18 floors, underground, shear wall structure. Mainly expounds the construction organization design of construction organization arrangement, engineering survey, engineering characteristics, construction site conditions and contract conditions, conditions of the rule of law, construction layout, winter rainy season construction requirements, construction progress schedule, etc, and made a detailed calculation of quantities, and labor force calculation arrangement. Tender offer some detailed calculated the bill of quantities, and according to shan xi sheng province cost standard calculated tender offer, such as the structure of the project total investment, the calculation process considering a lot of field actual situation, accomplish accurate precision, at the same time considering the economical as well as the feasibility of construction of the project, and made a detailed summary table, partial bill of quantities and valuation table, the main contents of and measures for summary table, ensure the tender offer content complete and effective.
