摘 摘 要 近年来，反倾销问题一直是我国对外贸易中的热门话题，该项贸易保护措施对我 国企业的频繁使用使我国企业蒙受巨大损失，也成为我国国际贸易发展的重大障碍。 我国化工产业的升级以及出口贸易快速增长，不可避免地会与国外化工产业间产 生更为激烈的竞争和冲突，这在客观上导致我国化工产业成为反倾销措施的最大受害 国和重灾区。大量的反倾销措施不仅直接影响了我国部分化工产品的正常出口，还进 一步使我出口产品丧失了潜在的贸易机会，从而阻碍了化工产业进一步扩大出口、推 进市场多元化等战略目标的实现。 因此，对这一典型产业在进出口反倾销中的表现进行研究，对于其他产业的发展 具有重要的参考价值与现实意义。本文在系统分析国内外反倾销相关文献和研究成果 的基础上，首先对反倾销的相关规则进行分析，其次从我国化工产业发展及出口状况 入手，分析化工产业遭受反倾销的现状，特征，影响和原因，最后从国家，行业和企 业三个角度提供化工企业预防反倾销和积极应对反倾销的主要策略。 关键词：化工产业反倾销 AbstractRecently,anti．dumping Abstract Recently,anti．dumping has been the most popular topic in intemational trade．The frequent use of intemational trade protectionism has brought about substantial loss to China’S enterprises，and become a large obstacle to the development of China’S foreign trade． It is inevitably that the upgrade of China’S chemical industry and rapid growth of exported chemical product has caused violent competition and conflict with foreign chemical industry．Accordingly China’S chemical industry has become the main target and the first’casualty one，which not only directly influences our export of chemical product，but also makes them lose potential trade opporttmity．Besides that，this will hinder chemical product’S export expansion and the accomplishment of marketing diversification． Therefore it is of high referential value and practical to analyze the status of anti．dumping in China’S chemical industry．On the basis of reviewing relative literatures and research achievements on anti．dumping theories，this paper firstly comprehensively introduces anti．dumping rules．Then by analyzing the basic situation of development and export of China’S chemical industry,this paper illustrates the main characters，deep reasons and severe consequences of foreign countries’implementation of anti-dumping against China’S chemical industry．Finally,this paper brings forward relevant prevention suggestion and strategy on defending anti—dumping from the state，industry and business point of view． Key words：Chemical Industry Anti-dumpin
