The result show that the residue of chlromequat and mepiquat chloride were extracted from tomato products with ultrasonic cleaning instrument, after high-speed centrifugal then detected by UPLC/ MS/ MS.The linear responses were obtained in the range of 5.0 ×10-2mg/kg to 1.0 ×10-3.the detection limit were 2.0 ×10-2.It demonstrates that the method can meet the requirements for determination in tomato products for import and export inspection.
