透明质酸钠联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗早中期KOA临床疗效观察.pdf

提 要 目的：通过对山东省中医院骨科门诊中老年早中期膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA ） 患者治疗情况进行随访分析，从中总结治疗本病的有效方案，为临床治疗提供依据。 方法：对2009年4月～2010年7月于骨科门诊治疗的60例（72膝）膝关节骨性关节 炎患者的治疗情况进行分析，所用病例随机分为三组，每组20例，均行非手术治疗， 包括透明质酸钠注射液（玻璃酸钠）和硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合应用以及两种药物的分别 [1] 应用，采用膝关节Lequesne评分标准 进行临床疗效评定。 结果：所有病例均按疗效评定标准进行随访，结果显示，联合用药组治疗的患者， 其膝关节功能治疗后的评分明显大于单独使用一种药物治疗的患者（P0.05），并且 联合用药组的起效时间和药效持续时间亦明显优于单一药物治疗组。 结论：应用关节腔内注射透明质酸钠并配合口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗中老年膝关 节早中期骨性关节炎，操作简单且维持时间相对较长，疗效持久，耐受性好，不良反 应少，是中老年膝关节早中期骨性关节炎较完整的、经济实用的治疗方案。 关键词 膝关节骨性关节炎； 透明质酸钠； 硫酸氨基葡萄糖 Clinical curative effects research on the treatment of the early and medial stages of knee osteoarthritis with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine hydrochloride Speciality：Orthopaedics of TCM Author ：Zang Jianguo Tutor ：Prof.Qiu Hongming Abstract Objective：Through the study of the old people′s knee osteoarthritis(KOA) from Shandong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ，to provide a more reasonable treatment of program about the treatment of the old people′s knee osteoarthritis(KOA).
