华北理工大学轻工学院 Qing Gong College North China University of Science and Technology 《供配电技术》课程设计报告 设计题目： 机械零件工厂供配电设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 学 院： 指导教师： 2017年6月20日 摘 要 工厂供电，是指工厂所需的电能的供应与分配，也称工厂配电。 本次任务是机械零件加工厂关于负荷等的计算，涉及10KV变电站的主接线设计、变压器以及一系列设备的选择，变电所电气主接线设计是依据变电所的最高电压等级和变电所的性质，选择出一种与变电所在系统中的地位和作用相适应的接线方式。在经济角度上要考虑周全，尽量以最少的投资获得最佳方案。按照要求选择合适的高低压设备。短路电流计算，对变电站系统中的各个电压等级下的母线发生三相短路时，所流过的短路电流进行了分别计算。电气设备动、热稳定校验，电气设备的选择条件包括两大部分：一是电气设备所需要满足的基本条件，即按正常工作条件选择，并按短路状态校验动、热稳定，二是根据不同电气设备的特点而提出的选择和校验项目，主要是电气设备型号及参数的确定，无功补偿方案设计等，使电力系统中变电站的设计变得更加详细。 通过本次课程设计，旨在熟悉变电所中供电系统的负荷计算，掌握变电所中二次回路的基本原理，在此基础上对供电系统中的变电所二次接线进行了设计和保护，最后根据机体环境条件对电气设备进行校验，使本次设计的内容更加完善。 关键词：工厂 短路电流 负荷计算 无功补偿 二次接线 ABSTRACT Factory power is the supply and distribution of the power required by the factory, also known as the distribution of factories?.
