. 物流外包在天津自行车厂的应用研究 摘 要 本文针对物流外包日益普遍的现象，从天津自行车厂的角度出发，在认真分析和研究国内外关于物流外包研究的基础上，深入的分析了物流外包的基础理论，分别为交易费用理论、委托代理理论、核心能力理论、资源基础理论、竞争战略理论的物流外包机理分析。结合这些基本理论，基于物流外包的动力模型和天津自行车厂的物流成本分析，介绍了天津自行车厂进行物流外包的可行性，引用物流外包的经济效益分析模型中制造企业物流业务外包比例作为参数，讨论其变化对制造企业各个经济效益指标的影响。最后介绍了物流外包存在的各种风险，并介绍了规避风险的措施。 本文采用理论分析和案例分析，定量分析和定性分析相互结合的方法，通过天津自行车厂物流业务外包的必要性分析，围绕着天津自行厂物流的外包和自营问题展开讨论，分析了物流的外包能为企业带来的诸多经济效益。 关键词: 物流外包 物流成本 经济效益分析 第三方物流 Applied Research of the logistics outsourcing in Tianjin Bicycle Factory ABSTRACT This thesis is dead against the phenomenon of inadequate demand of logistics service in China, starting from the manufacturers, analyzed the basic theory of logistics outsourcing and the advantage from it. Analyze logistics outsourcing theory based on the theory of transaction cost, principle-agent, core competence resource-based and competition strategy. This thesis also builds economic benefit analysis model of logistics outsourcing based on the power model. This article also discusses the influence of economic benefit index with the change of the proportion of logistics outsourcing this article introduces the risk and its avoidance of logistics outsourcing this paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis and cases analysis and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, then analyzes the economic benefit which logistics outsourcing brings.
