万方数据 万方数据 摘要 摘要 一一 人机工程学在折叠自行车设计中的应用研究 艺术设计专业 研究生：李浩然 指导教师：曹阳 摘要：自行车作为常用的交通工具，在经历长期发展过程中因不同的使用要 求出现了不同种类的自行车，折叠自行车则是其中一种。现在的城市交通属于混 合式交通，出行往往需要换乘其他交通工具，这是折叠自行车的一个极大的优势。 其可折叠功能为人们出行携带提供了方便。折叠自行车拥有特殊的折叠功能，形 式服从于功能，所以折叠自行车的结构形式与人机因素也应该有其特殊性。 本文通过四个章节来探讨一款折叠自行车设计过程中人机工程学的应用研 究。过程中首先了解了人机工程中相关的理论知识，并指出折叠自行车设计中需 要从折叠形态和骑行形态两个方面来分析自行车的人机因素。之后，通过分析现 代城市交通中折叠自行车的使用情况，对自行车方案进行设计定位。了解现有自 行车车体结构，分析不同折叠形式的优缺点，总结了车体设计的注意事项，然后 提出并确定折叠自行车结构设计方案。最后根据人体测量学、人体运动特征等知 识，总结折叠自行车骑行状态下，车体各部件的尺寸与位置关系。’使折叠自行车 更符合人体运动特点，提升骑乘舒适度。整个自行车设计过程是从人机角度出发， 意在研究自行车如何在折叠形态和骑行形态都能很好满足人的使用舒适度。从而 设计出折叠方便快捷，又有较高骑乘舒适度的折叠自行车。 关键词：折叠自行车：人机工程学：应用研究 四川师范大学硕士学位论文 四川师范大学硕士学位论文 II AbstractThe Abstract The bicycle as a common means of transport has expetienced a long time development．Because of different using requirements，the bicycle has developed different types and folding bicycle is one of them．Now the city traffic is a mixed mode and people often need to travel by different means of transport，which is a advantage of folding bicycle．The folding function provides convenience for people to travel and carry．We all know the form of the product is determined by the function．The folding bicycle enables unique characteristics，SO that its structure and man-machine engineering also have particularity． This article will use four chapters to analyze the application of ergonomics in the folding bicycle design．First of all，I understand the relevant theoretical knowledge of ergonomics，and point that in order to design the folding bicycle，we should analysis the application of ergonomics be from the folding shape and the riding shape．Then I made the folding bicycle design plan according to the usage of the bicycle in the modem city traffic．In the process，I understand the existing bicycle body structure，analysis the advantages and disadvantages of different folding forms and SUlll up the folding design requirements of bicycle body．Then I put forward and determine the structure design scheme．Finally，according to the anthrop
