共同溝之規劃與設計 姚大鈞 黃金振 秦中天 王劍虹 蘇鼎鈞 國際亞新工程顧問有限公司 摘要 共同溝之設置為現代化城市地下空間利用的重要課題之一。良好的共同溝工程須經由完善 之規劃程序，配合都市發展的需要，結合跨領域之工程專業設計及高質量之施工作業方可 完成。共同溝除可提升城市居民之生活品質，亦兼具防災與整合城市地下空間使用及管理 之效能。然地下管線種類眾多且特性各異，埋設深度與結構尺寸不同，配合都市發展所需 共同溝之佈設方式、密度與預設空間及結構形式皆須於規劃設計時縝密考量。本文將介紹 都市共同溝規劃設計之流程與方法及考量重點。 關鍵詞：共同溝；規劃設計；幹管；電纜溝；支管；電磁電力干擾防護；特殊斷面 Planning and Design of City Common Duct System Daniel T.C. ABSTRACT Common ducts are one of the most important issues in management of underground space in cities. A well functioning common duct system can only be built with integrated planning work considering the development of city, careful engineering design in multi-disciplines, and quality construction work. The common duct system can improve the quality of living in cities, integrate the use of underground space, and mitigate the disaster impact to cities. The underground utility lines are however complicated and vary in characteristics. The depths and structure dimensions are also different. The network, reserved space, and structure of common duct system should be carefully assessed in planning stage with the forecast of city development. The major issues in planning and design of common duct system are introduced in this paper. Key Words: Common duct system, Planning and design, Trunk line common duct, Cable trench, Supply pipe common duct, Power electromagnetic interference shielding, Specified part 1 前言 都市地下空間之利用近年來於國內已引起相當之關注。於人口密集之都市內，各種地 下管線之設置與維修，甚至災後之復建，常因主管機關不同，財務狀況不一，缺乏相互間 協調及完善之長期營運計畫，造成城市道路經常處於施工狀態下。因施工時造成之市容影 響及交通不便所引致之無形損失，對都市長期發展及市民生活皆產生負面影響。此外於城 市大眾運輸及地鐵建設時，亦常因地下管線之佈設狀況複雜與紀錄不全，增加施工困難 度，及因地下管線問題引致之工程災變可能性。如何解決上述地下管線引致之問題，已逐 漸引起工程界之注意。 共同溝（綜合管廊、共同管道）系統將都市維生
