CCD Camera and CronosPlus are used to gather each image and a criterion is built by the difference between real and image for the new system. The new system of image needs to be set command to analyze the center of a circle. The operator can obtain the relevant parameters to control the X Y Z and rotary tables on the assembly platform to achieve the desired position and orientation easily. In this study, Borland C++ Builder® language is used develop to a Windows-based program for users to conveniently analyze the various data and parameter export.
