PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 焊接技术在汽车维修中的应用 摘 要 21世纪以来，随着我国经济和社会高速发展，汽车工业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，已然迈上了一个新台阶。伴随汽车销量逐年递增，道路行车数量也日益增多，车辆发生交通事故碰撞受损率逐年攀升，车身修复此类工种很快占据维修行业。目前而言，车身修复已经在汽车维修站维修项目中占比近60%，汽车维修行业逐渐兴起。然而，现代整体式车身大多采用高强度钢、超高强度钢作为原材料，传统的氧乙炔与电弧焊焊接工艺，易造成钢板过热、降低钢材设计强度，削弱其机械性能，因此对维修技术、特别是焊接技术提出了新的要求。本文运用文献资料法，结合实践经营，重点对汽车焊接技术种类、特点、方法、焊接材料未来应用趋势展开深入探究。力求客观全面，分析问题解决问题，为从业人员提供一定参考意见，强化科学应用焊接技术，进一步提高车身修复质量。 关键词：汽车；车身修复；焊接技术；实际应用；注意事项 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II Abstract Since the 21st century, along with the rapid development of economy and society, the car industry as an important part of our national economy, has been on a new step. With auto sales increasing year by year, the number of road traffic is also increasing, collision damage rate is rising year by year, traffic accident to body repair such work soon dominate maintenance industry. For now, body repair have been in the service station maintenance projects accounted for nearly 60%, automobile repair industry gradually rise. However, most modern integral body using high strength steel, ultra-high strength steel as raw materials, the traditional acetylene and arc welding process, easy cause steel overheating, reduce the intensity of steel design, weaken its mechanical properties, so the maintenance technology, especially the welding technology puts forward new requirements. This paper USES the literature material law, combining with the practice of management, focus on the types of auto welding technology, welding materials, methods, and the future application trend of further exploration. Try to be as objective, comprehensive analysis and solve problems, to provide some reference opinions for practitioners, strengthen the scientific application of welding technology, to improve the quality of car body repair.
