优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要“ 摘要 “生态城市建设是城市发展的趋势，而交通建设与土地可持续 利用的协调发展是建设生态城市的关键。目前城市轨道交通在我国己 进入建设的高峰期，对轨道交通与土地利用协调发展的研究却相对滞 后，造成二者在规划、建设、管理上相互脱节，这与建设生态城市的 目标相违背。因此，研究轨道交通与土地利用的协调发展，对于实现 生态城市的建设目标具有紧迫性和必要性。本文主要做了如下工作： 首先，对轨道交通沿线土地开发利用所涉及的理论和方法进行系 统归纳和总结。 其次，研究了轨道交通与土地可持续利用的相互作用关系，提出 协调二者关系的内容与措施。 第三，研究生态城市的特点及轨道交通与土地可持续利用协调发 展的影响因素，建立了能够反映轨道交通与土地可持续利用协调程度 的指标体系，构建了基于AHP-FUZZY方法的协调程度评价模型。 第四，运用本文所建评价模型，对轨道交通发展相对成熟的广州 进行了案例分析，验证了所建评价模型的有效性并总结出轨道交通与 土地可持续利用协调发展的经验。 最后，分析了长沙市轨道交通规划及土地利用概况，提出长沙市 轨道交通与沿线土地综合开发的原则、对策与措施；结合建设生态城 市目标的需要，提出了长沙市生态环境及土地资源保护对策。 关键词城市轨道交通，土地利用，生态城市，协调发展，综合评价， 综合开发 ABSTRACT’’Ecological ABSTRACT ’’Ecological city¨construction is the trend of urban development，and coordinated development of transponation and sustainable land use is the key to the building of eco-city．The current urban rail transport in China has entered the peak period of construction，but research on the harmonious development of urban mass transit and sustainable land use remains relatively stagnant，causing the two divorcing from each other in the planning，construction and management，this runs counter tO the goals of building eco—city．SO research on the harmonious development of urban mass transit and sustainable land use has urgency and necessity for achieving the goals of building eco-city．This thesis has studied several aspects as fol lows： Firstly，this thesis maked a systematic summary for theories and methods of rail traffic along the land involved in the development and utilization． Secondly，the interaction between rail transport construction and sustainable land use was researched，and this thesis proposed content measures of coordination between the two． Thirdly,the characteristics of the ecological city and factors affecting of urban mass transit and sustainable land use harmonious development was studied，a system of indicators which fully reflects all aspects of the level of coordination of Rail transport and sustainable land use was established，and the coordination evaluation model
