武汉科技大学本科生毕业设计 PAGE PAGE \* ROMAN IV 摘 要 RH钢包升降系统由顶升框架和钢包升降液压系统组成。顶升框架安装在RH真空槽下方的升降坑内,顶升框架沿导轨由钢包顶升液压缸驱动其上下运动,从而实现对钢包台车上盛有钢水的钢包进行顶升动作。 RH系统设备是一种用于生产优质钢的钢水二次精炼工艺装备。整个钢水冶金反应是在砌有耐火衬的真空槽内进行的。真空槽的下部是两个带耐火衬的浸渍管，上部装有热弯管。被抽气体由热弯管经气体冷却器至真空泵系统排到厂房外。在RH精炼装置中,RH钢包升降液压系统是其中一个重要的组成部分。RH钢包升降液压系统是用于在真空处理位,通过顶升钢包台车或框架来升降盛有钢水的钢包,使RH真空槽浸渍管插入钢水液面下一定深度后进行真空脱气的处理系统;待钢水处理结束后,再将钢包台车降到钢包台车轨道上,其运行的稳定性和可靠性直接影响吹氧脱硫工序的正常进行。 RH真空精炼装置由于其生产能力大,脱气效果好,钢水纯净度高等优点而被广泛应用,已成为现代化大型钢厂生产优质钢的首选精炼设备。 关键词： 真空炼钢； 液压系统； 钢包 Abstract RH ladle lifting system is composed of jack-up framework and ladle lifting hydraulic system.
