痛风颗粒治疗高尿酸血症痛风的临床体会 doi： 10.3969/j. issn. 1007-614x. 2014. 9. 43 摘要目的：观察痛风颗粒加减治疗高尿酸血症痛风的 疗效。方法：将60例高尿酸血症痛风患者随机分为两组， 治疗组30例，对照组30例。对照组用秋水仙碱首次lmg, 此后每2小时0. 5mg,症状缓解后0. 5mg/日；别嚓吟醇100mg/ 日。治疗组在对照组基础上加痛风颗粒（由首乌、白术、土 茯苓组成）。两组疗程共4周。观察治疗前后两组血尿酸水 平及临床症状变化。结果：所有结果以均值土标准差（x±s） 表示，对各项指标之间行t检验，经过4周的治疗，两组的 血尿酸比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：痛风颗粒 联合秋水仙碱、别嚓吟醇可显著改善痛风患者的临床症状， 能显著降低血尿酸水平，疗效优于单独用秋水仙碱及别嚓吟 醇。 关键词痛风痛风颗粒血尿酸 Clinical experience of Tongfeng particles treatment of hyperuricemia and gout Gao Yukui Department of internal medicine of Qingyang Huanxian People s Hospital, Gansu Province, 745700 Abstract Objective： To observe the curative effect of Tongfeng particles treatment of gout and hyperuricemia.
