河北经贸大学经济管理学院毕业论文 PAGE 9 摘要 随着全球人口和经济规模的不断增加，建立在碳能源基础上的现代工业，城市，及生活方式带来的环境问题及其诱因不断的为人们所认识。在此背景下，作为人类探索新型增长模式的努力之一，“低碳经济”应运而生。 低碳经济是指达到经济社会发展与生态环境保护双赢的一种经济发展形态。低碳经济对世界出口贸易现状造成巨大的影响，出口贸易呈现一系列新的低碳化发展趋向，如国际分工比较优势变化、碳排放权替代货物贸易、国际产业链条面临重构机缘、环境贸易壁垒应运而生等。且作为低碳经济发展中关键的环节，出口贸易模式的转变在国际经济合作扮演着重要角色。中国是贸易出口大国，但由于我国传统的出口贸易模式、巨大的贸易顺差、贸易结构低端化等原因，我国碳排放现状不容乐观，低碳经济发展的道路上面临着出口市场范围缩小、出口贸易量下降、贸易条件恶化、贸易摩擦加剧、出口产品生产企业的经济效益受到损害等挑战。为此，本文从出口贸易的视角分析低碳经济对中国发展的影响，得出中国出口贸易低碳化的必然性，并提出低碳经济背景下中国出口贸易发展的政策建议。 关键词：低碳经济 ； 出口贸易 ； 低碳化 ； 发展 Abstract With the global population and economic scale continuous increase in carbon energy, set up on the basis of modern industry, cities, and lifestyle of the environmental problems and the incentive to bring constantly been recognized.
